'Supernatural' Season 3

Supernatural-Drama Supernatural is a dark drama that follows the adventures of two brothers Sam Winchester(Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) as they crisscross the country in their 1967 Chevy Impala to search for their father and to battle the demon that killed their mother.

With the CW's Supernatural just under eight weeks away, fans are scrambling to find details on the upcoming season. Luckily, we have wrangled together what amounts to a decent preview of Supernatural's first month back on the air, new characters and all. In a word, the episodes sound fantastic. Even with the slight descriptions we have, you can see that the season will have a cohesiveness more akin to serialized drama's like Lost and Heroes. Beware, light spoilers lay ahead.

Prison Break (SEASON 3 AND SEASON 4)

Season 3 of Prison Break premiered on September 17, 2007; the first seventeen minutes of the season premiere were released on the official website on August 24, 2007. Series creator Paul Scheuring has commented that the third season will consist of most of the original cast with new additions and that the overall theme will be "redemption". The plot will continue from the second season finale, where most of the main characters have ended up in Panama. Although the conspiracy storyline has not finished, the third season's plot will be "as different in tone as Season 2 was from Season 1". Due to the Writer's strike, which lasted 100 days, only 13 episodes were produced for the third season. The third season is slated for DVD & Blu-Ray release August 26. The season also calculates 11 days of the lives of the characters.

Season 4 has been offically announced by FOX and is expected to air later this year as filming of the television show is set to begin in May, 2008. Also, the return of Dr. Sara Tancredi has been revealed; as has the title of the first episode of the new season, "Scylla". Season 4 officially starts on Monday September 15, 2008. It has also been confirmed that The War at Home star Michael Rapaport will be joining the cast as a regular. He will play an FBI agent who determines to help Michael & Lincoln bring down The Company once & for all.

35 episodes for the third season of 'Heroes'?

The season 3 premiere of Heroes will be, rather appropriately, super-sized. NBC will air a three-hour ''event'' on Sept. 15, consisting of a one-hour recap of the previous two seasons, followed by the two-hour season premiere. The third season may also be epic another way: there are rumors that there may be as many as 35 episodes on the schedule. It's likely that at least some of these eps were casualties of the writers' strike, which devastated the current season of the Peacock's sci-fi show: 24 episodes were ordered, but only 11 made it to air.
